To submit a background check for a purchased firearm by email, download the form 4473 and open in Adobe Acrobat. Complete Page 1 and sign Page 2 using Acrobat "Fill and Sign". It is important to answer all questions on page one using "Fill and Sign" and save the completed form as a PDF, scanned copies are not acceptable. We will also need your order number, we cannot process a background check without knowing which specific firearm you are purchasing. You can also fill out the form in store when you pick up your firearm.
